A bit of a drive from downtown sac but good bang for your buck on the ribeye. Nicer interior than I'd expect just looking online. Accommodating service. If you order the bone-in ribeye or porterhouse, they show you wrapped steaks and tell you the weight and total cost, and you pick the steak. We got 1.8 lb bone-in ribeye for two to share. Pretty surprised we cleared it. It was cooked to order, medium rare. Could use more salt but otherwise juicy and tender. Not bad for $80. Mashed potatoes as a side for $11. Finished off with the key lime pie, which had a nice non-soggy and substantive crust (good crust to filling ratio). I liked that it wasn't too sweet.

Just had a delicious meal here, it was my first time visiting and it didn't disappoint! The pork osso buco just fell off the bone and was so tender and yummy! The cocktails were really good and they even have house made blue cheese stuffed olives which I love! It was really cozy and nicely lit inside and server was very kind and attentive. One of the owners even came and checked on us. Such a wonderful visit!

3 for lunch on a weekday. No problem getting a comfy booth. Good service. Water refilled several times. Food served efficiently and correctly. The menu was diverse and extensive. Friend noted she really liked the iced tea. Also fish tacos were good but beware they are a bit spicy "in a good way". Wife got the quinoa salad with added shrimp. Pretty expensive with the shrimp but the salad was huge as were the shrimp. Lots of fresh ingredients but needed flavor as it was a bit bland. Not sure how to spice it up? My beef enchiladas were presented beautifully but were also a bit bland. Delicious melt in your mouth meat but 25% was pure fat that should've been removed before serving. Overall very good meal Would not hesitate to come back

This place was not on my radar. But it is now. A very classy place. The menu has a lot of choices for appetizers, entrees & desserts. Everyone can find something here. A lot of different protein choices like beef, fish, chicken and pork. They ask a lot questions to make sure they chefs cook your food to your liking. I thought the food was fantastic. The bone-in rib eye was definitely worth the price. Service was good and the restaurant was tidy and elegant. The only thing I would like to see is a chair or two in the lobby for waiting.

Everything went well once our party of 3 were at one table. The hostess had a problem with our reservation and seated all 3 of us at separate tables. After informing the various wait staff, our final waitress was great. She advised us on dessert and was spot on with the warm butter white cake. The spinach dip was warm, thick and delicious-had a hint of chili flavor that made it special. I ordered the chicken and ribs that was just fabulous! The chicken was in small nuggets making it easier to eat and the ribs were fall-off-the-bone just tasty. Parking is getting difficult at this strip mall but parked in front of a business that was obviously closed for the day. Other than gathering our party at one table, this restaurant is fabulous!

Hubby and I opted for Bennett's American Cooking in Arden for a last minute day date spot. Making a reservation was a breeze through their online portal that you can access on Yelp or on the restaurant's website. I appreciate that they read the note I left in my reservation, letting them know that we will have a stroller so we will need space near our table. We were seated in the back which was nice and out of the server's way. Kevin, our server was very nice. He wasn't overly bubbly but he also wasn't a chatter box. He was just right and provided good customer service. Our order was placed and the food arrived within a decent amount of time. Our steaks were still hot, as if it was just removed from the grill. I opted for the prime rib special that they offer Friday - Sunday after 4pm, while supplies last! I ordered mine at a medium rare and I noticed the first one Kevin brought out was more well-done than I like so he was able to come back with another steak at the temp that I originally wanted. My husband order the bone in ribeye and was able to hand-select which steak he wanted, this was cool! His steak was divineeee, juicy and cooked just perfectly! Our steak were delicious! Overall, the food here is well prepared and you can tell the chefs took time in preparing. Very nice interior with and intimate setting - perfect for date night! I will be returning for a second visit to treat my parents to a nice yummy steak!

I've been here on a few different occasions throughout this year. I did not like the place when it first opened a couple of years ago but giving it another try now. They have improved. Most of the food on the menu is pretty good. I like their chicken enchiladas. I've ordered it on two different occasions, and it was consistently good. I really like the sauce they make for the enchiladas. The prime rib I order was good. I only ordered that once. I would stay away from the deviled eggs. They were horrible. It just did not taste good and was overly salted. I ordered the pork chops one night for dinner. The pork came with mash potatoes balls, croquettes. They were interesting and different. They tasted ok. The pork was totally over cooked it. It came out charred on one side and tough. I was surprised they even served it. The server asked if I would like something else and I order the meat loaf instead. I was disappointed in that dish also. They did not heat the meat loaf completely. The middle of the meat loaf was cold. I stopped eating and just told the server I need a box. I figured I can just microwave it at home. I did not tell the server the dish was cold. I did not want to seem like I was the complainer. Plus, my friends were all done eating and just waiting on me. Service. I think it all depends on who we get. There are servers that are very good at their job and some not so much. We came one time during the lunch hours and our server was not up to par. She was nowhere to be found. I would come again on occasion. It would not be my go-to restaurant. The food is not consistent for me to come all the time. I know they do brunch on the weekends; I would like to try it. I love eating breakfast foods.

Popped in after a doctors appointment nearby and felt like treating myself to a little something. It was a little nostalgic for me coming into this parking lot since I used to be office manager for a long gone medi-spa next door. I parked in "my" parking spot and walked over. Happy hour started at 2pm (yay!) I ordered an iced tea and the Brie cheese from the happy hour menu ($12 which includes a big bowl of melty Brie, bread with honey drizzled, fig jam, and sliced apples). Happy hour has some good deals if you are in the area. The ambiance is beautiful and modern. The seats at the bar are comfortable and there are cushioned seats around the border of the u shape bar. I will be back in a couple weeks to check out the other happy hour items and actually try a cocktail. They also have to-go family menus that I have saved for my next visit to my sister. Also, thanks Tony at the bar for helping me pick something out.
